CREBidAsk charges a one-time fee of $50,000 to unlock verified fund information or to publish a fund profile on the platform. This fee reflects access to proprietary, aggregated, and curated market intelligence and is intended as a cost-efficient alternative to traditional commercial real estate brokerage services. By comparison, a customary brokerage commission of 1% on a $100 million commercial real estate transaction would equal $1 million.
CREBidAsk is designed to assist principals and brokers in identifying and evaluating potentially suitable capital sources through the use of search filters, fund criteria, and disclosed investment mandates. Users are encouraged to utilize these tools to align their property with one or more appropriate funds. While CREBidAsk endeavors to provide accurate, current, and relevant information, it does not act as a broker, agent, intermediary, or fiduciary, and does not control pricing, negotiations, or transaction outcomes.
The property owner or listing party retains sole responsibility for determining the asking price, marketing strategy, communications, negotiations, and ultimate disposition of the property. CREBidAsk does not guarantee that use of the platform, purchase of access, or publication of a fund or listing will result in a transaction, expression of interest, or closing. Users acknowledge that contacting acquisition teams, principals, or representatives of investment funds may be challenging and remains solely the user's responsibility, including outreach by telephone, email, professional networking platforms, or other lawful means.
All fees paid to CREBidAsk are non-refundable and all sales are final. By purchasing access, unlocking fund details, or publishing a fund, the user acknowledges and agrees to these terms and understands that the fee is paid solely for access to information and platform functionality, not for brokerage services or transactional guarantees.
Funds are usually approved within 24 hours. Funds will be listed for up to 365 days. You will have the ability to edit or remove your fund. If the fund is edited, it goes back to Admin for final approval.
